The Notre Dame Hounds won the Major Midget National Championship on Sunday in Levis Quebec  3-2 against  Mississauga Ontario.

Two Xtreme Standouts James Melindy and Andrew Ryan were pivotal in their Championship run.

Melindy and Ryan have been with Xtreme Hockey for Seven years prior to leaving for the prestigious school in Wilcox Saskatchewan.

They continue to work as instructors in our summer Hockey Schools every summer.Everyone here at Xtreme are very proud of James and Andrew's National Championship.

BUFFALO, NY -  Shayne Morrissey and The St. Andrew's College Saints capped a 4-0 weekend this Sunday by defeating the St. Francis School Red Raiders 3-1 in the final before a hostile crowd. It was a perfect ending to some of the best hockey the Saints have played all season long, and earned the Andreans their first championship of the season.

Game 1- Mark Belvedere was the next to strike as the Saints swarmed around the Tiger's net. Belvedere was at the right place at the right time to bang home a rebound off a Shayne Morrissey shot.  The first period would end SAC 2 Ridley 0.

Game 2- The Saints were led by the hat trick of Shayne Morrissey and multi point performances from Mark Belvedere, Alex Cremasco & Geoff Gallagher.  Saturday morning's win clinched a spot in the final regardless of the result of the game against MPHL rival Gilmour Academy on Saturday evening
